With names in a hat, we were having so much trouble drawing our own names --- then we found this app and it worked perfectly and solved our problem. Awesome.

This app is really easy to use! My daughter set it up in no time flat with all of the names of her stuffed animals so we could try it out. She loved the sounds! We are going to use it at Thanksgiving when the family gets together to pick names for Christmas. The "dont pick" feature is great for us. We have three couples who do the "Secret Santa" thing at Christmas but we dont want to pick our spouse.

Every year, my family assigns Secret Santa gift giving matches around Thanksgiving when were together. Glad I found this app because itll be a fun way to use my iPhone when we do it this year. The app plays music, has uplifting sound effects and makes the administrivia of secret santa gift giving actually fun! Its good enough not to be free.

This app made our familys Secret Santa drawing a lot more fun this year. Once I put in everyones names, the app took over the hat-passing process, clearly directing each person to draw a name and then pass the phone to the next person. When the phone made its way back to me, everyone had drawn a name. I didnt even have to leave my seat. Colorful holiday images and sound effects made this fun for everyone.

Easy to use, and a fun way to introduce Grandma to your iPhone.

easy to use for something we all do every year... only recommendation would be to then allow results to be emailed... other then that, great app

3 stars because in the "Do Not Pick" list all the names did not show up. Only 4 out of 10 people were listed. Need option of selecting more than one person in the "Do Not Pick" list. Feature request - Add the persons Christmas/Wishlist with email capabities(?). Fix the "Do Not Pick" list and add the feature of selecting more names and I will give it 5 stars.

HO! HO! HO! - I cannot wait to show off my iPhone at Thanksgiving and all the little holiday parties in between. I love the ease of this program, Finally, Something functional that aunt Pauline can operate. Also, I dont really understand why you would need to remove more than one person (maybe your spouse) from the secret santa pool of names, If you need to narrow it down to one or a few names you want to pick from, then you are missing the point of Secret Santa. This is an awesome app!..Our Family draws names every year, so this is perfect...ALMOST!..I like the option that you can chooose who a person on the list should NOT pick, which would of course be Spouses....but if would definately get a 5***** rating from me if there could be an ADDITIONAL option to keep you from choosing the person you had the previous year. Because as it is right now...every time you have to change a name, you have to start all over again picking names, and that would just take forever and sooner or later, it would get so frustrating to everyone, that they would just want to write the names on paper.

there really needs to be an option for avoid more than one person. my family draws names every year, one for all of the adults and one for all of the cousins and sposes of the cousins ( I do like how the app had groups to easily manage this.) however, this means that some spouses and siblings are in the same drawing (i.e. I cant pick my brother or his wife because i do that with our personal christmas). with only avoiding one person you can only avoid the spouse or sibling, not both. it gets really frustrating because if someone gets the wrong perosn. you have to start all over again.

Would get 5 stars if it would allow you to select more than one person not to pick when you draw a name. Please update with this ability and I will give it 5 stars.

Great app! Fast and easy to set names up. Basic do not pick functionality is exactly what I needed, however I agree with other reviews to allow multiple selections. And ability to email results.

My coworkers were going to do the old paper in a hat trick but gave this a try. Worked great.

i use this app 2 years in a row at my company game, which i organize and it is great

It does what it says it does, but I would like to be able to add more do not select _____ parameters. My family does a grab bag across cousins in which siblings cannot pick one another. By only selecting one do not choose character then people in families with multiple siblings are stuck choosing one another and screwing up the system. I like the app but will eagerly be awaiting some improvements.

This app is so limited its ridiculous. No in-app way to email family who arent present at the "drawing," only one "dont pick me" option per person. Youll have more fun doing your secret Santa on slips of paper.

Works great if everyone is gathered together to choose. I would like to see email option. Or at least email reminder option.

This app crashes will not let u delete a name without closing out and crashing... Also no way to add names to exclude from picking
